Typhoon

Target a location to create a Typhoon there. Enemies in the Typhoon are dealt up to 60 / 80 / 100 Magic Damage per second and up to -99% Movement Speed, increasing the closer they are to the center.

The Typhoon lasts
6 / 8 / 10 seconds and spawns one Cyclone per second.

Staff of the Master increases radius to 825 and increases duration to 8 / 10 / 12 seconds.
