After a 2 second delay, enemies still tethered are pulled 400 units toward Prisoner, dealt 200 / 300 / 400 Physical Damage, and 3 second 80% Slow. Slowed enemies also deal 25 / 50 / 75% less damage to Prisoner.

Enemies that move more than 600 units away immediately break the tether.

Staff of the Master makes the ability ranged and applies Shackled to the target. Increases radius by 100.
