Carnage

Activate to gain unstackable 40 / 55 / 70% Stun and Debuff Reduction, 100% Slow Resistance, and bonus damage equal to 5 / 7 / 9% of your Max Health for 12 seconds.

Can be used while Silenced or Stunned to break the Crowd Control effect.

You take 15% more damage while under this effect. Killing enemy heroes while Carnage is active will
extend Carnage's duration by 5 seconds.
