Target an Ally (or self). After a 1 second delay, two Shards explode out from you, dealing 110 / 180 / 200 / 220 Magic Damage and applying a 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 second Stun to the 2 nearest enemies.

After an additional 1 second delay,
Shards will explode out from the target, with the same effect.

Mana Sunder

Target an enemy hero to destroy all of their Mana, dealing 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5x their Intelligence in Magic Damage.

After a 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 second delay, they
slowly regain all the mana they lost.

If the enemy casts anything while they are regaining mana,
their manapool goes back to 0 and after a 1 second delay, they regain it all again.

Ephemeral Forge

Target a location to channel and create a Spirit Mimic of yourself for 12 / 18 / 24 / 30 seconds. The Spirit takes {250}% damage and can use spells and most items freely.

When the Spirit casts a spell,
Moira loses mana equal to its cost. If Moira is Stunned or Silenced, the ability ends.

Arcane Vortex

Target a location to suck all nearby units into a Vortex that grows over 4 seconds. Targets within the Vortex cannot be targeted or interacted with.

For 2.5 seconds after it ends, all Enemies are
Slowed by 35%, and take 200 / 300 / 400 Nonlethal Magic Damage, while Allies have +35% Movement Speed.

Staff of the Master Changes Damage type to Superior Magic & lethal. Heals allies for 200 / 300 / 400 Health upon expiration. Radius is increased by 1.7x.

Grants high agility, Evasion, and a different effect if Melee or Ranged.

Nullfire Blade

Mana Combustion Modifier
Burns enemy mana and slows.
Can be upgraded 2 times.

Geometer's Bane

Firebrand Modifier
Activate to dispel and create two illusions of yourself.

Codex

Cast to deal massive Magic Damage to a target.
Can be upgraded 4 times.

Spiked Bola

Cast to Disarm an enemy.

DEFENSIVE

Astrolabe

Activate to heal nearby allies.

Energizer

Activate to grant 50 Movement Speed and 25 Attack Speed to nearby allies for 6 seconds.

Frostfield Plate

Grants an aura to reduce enemy Attack Speed. Activate to heavily Slow nearby enemies.

Stormspirit

Cast to envelop the target hero in an invulnerable cyclone for 2 seconds.

Kuldra's Sheepstick

50 Intelligence
Cast to temporarily transfigure an enemy, disabling them.

Tablet of Command

Cast on a player-controlled unit to push it in the direction it's facing. Interrupts channeling.
