Mr. Beastwood loads an Explosive Flare into one of his weapons, firing the flaming mass towards his enemies. When it lands it obviously explodes; burning and slowing anyone in the area. He loves the smell of burning in the morning.
Passively grants attacks a 40% chance to apply an additional 16 / 34 / 52 / 70 Physical Damage and 0 / 0.05 / 0.1 / 0.15 second Stun to enemy units.
Illusions cannot proc the Stun.

Mr. Beastwood is a fan of chaos, mixing up his Hollowpoint Shells with his normal ones. This gives his attacks a chance to deal bonus damage and Stun for a very short time. He laughs at you every time it happens.
Passively increases attack range and vision radius by 85 / 165 / 245 / 325. Levels 2 and onwards allow Flint to outrange Towers.
Passively grants ally units within radius a 25 / 50 / 75 / 100% Chance to gain True Strike on their attacks.

Target an enemy to channel for 1.7 seconds.
After channeling completes, fires a shot that deals 350 / 525 / 700 Magic Damage and .2 second Stun. Shot will fire up to 3000 / 3500 / 4000 units away.
Staff of the Master reduces the Mana Cost to 100 / 200 / 300 and shoots a second Money Shot with 35% power to the nearest enemy hero within 1500 radius of the target. Money Shot no longer has a cancel range, and its cooldown now resets whenever Flint Beastwood kills a real enemy hero.

Mr Beastwood isn't called the best shot in Western Newerth for no reason. He can take a second or two and line up one powerful shot on an enemy some distance away, dealing huge damage when it hits. And it always hits.
