The longer you wait to detonate the bomb, the higher the stun duration increases, up to a maximum of a 3 second Stun. Minimum of a 0.2 second Stun.

Target a location to rain down cannonballs over 2 seconds. Deals up to 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 Magic Damage and applies a tapering -70% Movement Speed to enemy units in the area.
Boom Dust
Passively causes Bombardier to deal 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 Magic Damage (75% to non-hero units) in a 250 radius around an enemy unit when Bombardier damages an enemy unit.
Can only occur 4 times on a single target every 15 seconds.

Click and drag cursor to create a line, on which 6 bombs will be dropped, each dealing 220 / 290 / 360 Magic Damage to enemy units in an area.
