If Protective Charm is not active on an ally, the slow aura will be passive around Jeraziah.
Righteous Strike
When off cooldown, passively grants your next attack +40 / 60 / 80 / 100% of your attack damage as bonus True Damage (0.33x from illusions), and deals 30% of this damage as a 250 radius True Damage Cleave to enemies around the primary target.
Also applies a 15% Movement Speed Slow for 1.5 seconds to enemies affected.
Sol's Blessing
Activate to grant all allies within radius 80 / 90 / 100% reduced damage from Physical attacks for 5 / 6 / 7 seconds. Ally non-building units also gain 15 / 20 / 25 Health Regeneration for the duration.
Staff Effect: increases radius to 2000, and globally affects buildings. Also applies Protective Charm to ally units for 2.5 seconds.

Abyssal Skull
Grants allied melee units a lifesteal aura.
Stormspirit
Cast to envelop the target hero in an invulnerable cyclone for 2 seconds.
Kuldra's Sheepstick

Cast to temporarily transfigure an enemy, disabling them.
Restoration Stone
Upon activation, resets the cooldown of all abilities and items.
