Also
increases your Movement Speed by 10 / 20 / 30% and matches Comet's Cast Range to Void Rip's Cast Range for 3 seconds.

Staff of the Master reduces cooldown time to 20 seconds. Also grants Andromeda Magic Immunity for 2 seconds.
