Upon reaching it, enemies in front in a cone will be dealt 150 / 200 / 250 / 300% of your Base Damage and receive -50% Attack Damage and 50% Attack Speed for 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 seconds.
Whirling Blade
Passively gives a 9% per charge chance to cause you to deal 120 / 150 / 185 / 215 Physical Damage to nearby enemies when attacked.
Automatically spins if no spins occur after 9 attacks. Can toggle this ability on & off.
Decapitate
Target an enemy unit with less than 300 / 450 / 600 Health to instantly kill it.
Otherwise, deals 150 / 250 / 350 Magic Damage.
Staff of the Master Now instantly refreshes all of your abilities whenever you successfully Decapitate kill a hero.
