Passively increases Movement Speed by 10% to targets affected by Essence Shroud. You may now cast all of your abilities while affected by Essence Shroud and gain 6 / 12 / 18 Intelligence.
Passively replicates your abilities on up to 0 / 1 / 2 additional targets in range.
This skill can be upgraded at levels 4, 8 and 12.
Staff of the Master Increases Intelligence & the level by one.
At level 4 of Manifestation: your abilities replicate on up to 4 additional targets in range.
