Fireball
Target an enemy unit to deal 100 / 150 / 200 / 275 Magic Damage and a 1.5 second Stun.
Flaming Hammer
Target an enemy unit to light them on fire for 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 seconds. Deals 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 Magic Damage per second, and applies -15 / -20 / -25 / -30% Movement Speed and tapering -1 / -2 / -3 / -4 Magic Armor.
Frenzy
Target an Ally (or self) to buff it with Frenzy for 30 seconds. Grants 6 / 9 / 12 / 15% Movement Speed, 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 Attack Speed, and {30} Cast Speed.
Grants an additional 10% Movement Speed and 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 Attack Speed for self.
Chaotic Flames
Grants Fireball and Frenzy a chance to cast multiple times, up to 2 / 3 / 4 times. Also decreases Fireball's cooldown by 2 / 4 / 6 seconds, and increase Mana Cost by 10 / 40 / 70, increases Flaming Hammer's AoE by 100 / 200 / 300, and decreases Frenzy's cooldown by 5 / 10 / 15 seconds.
Staff of the Master changes this ability to Risky Cast, costing 20% of your Max Mana to cast an instance of level 4 Fireball on an enemy unit.
Your auto attacks also have a 15% chance to cast Fireball, Flaming Hammer, and/or Frenzy. These casts can multi-cast and do not share cooldown with your normal abilities.

Ignores {30,45,60}% of enemy Magic Armor.
