Ludicrous Speed

Mana cost: 20 + 8% of Max Mana

Target a location to travel at
1500 / 2500 / 3500 Movement Speed towards it, draining 10 + 0.9% of his Max Mana per 100 units travelled. Invulnerable while traveling in this form. Upon stopping, you become Perplexed for 0.8 seconds.

Deals
6 / 12 / 18 Magic Damage for every 100 units traveled, up to 200 / 300 / 400 Magic Damage.

Deals half damage to creeps. Cooldown also starts again upon coming out of Ludicrous Speed. Passively grants 2 / 4 / 6 + 0 / 50 / 100% Mana Regeneration per second.

Staff of the Master reduces the cooldown to 0 seconds, reduces the initial % Mana Cost to 6%, and reduces the % Mana Cost per 100 units travelled to 0.75%.
