The ol' Ball and Chain
Target an area to throw your Ball and Chain at it.
On impact, it travels back to the Prisoner and drags all enemies it hits along the way.
Deals 100 / 180 / 260 / 340 Physical Damage and a 1 second tapering slow to all enemies hit.
Shackled
Target an enemy hero to apply a 3 / 5 / 7 / 9 second 20 / 25 / 30 / 35% Movement Speed Slow and Restrain. Deals 75 / 150 / 245 / 360 Physical Damage over the duration.
Target cannot use movement abilities while Restrained.
Activate the hotkey for One Man Riot to cast Shackled on the closest enemy hero.
One Man Riot
Passively grants +{0,15,20,25,30}% Base Damage, and an additional {0,15,20,25,30}% for every visible enemy hero within radius.
Prison Break
Activate to instantly tether all nearby Enemy Heroes, dealing 100 / 150 / 200 Physical Damage. After a 2.5 second delay, enemies still tethered are pulled 400 units toward Prisoner, dealt 200 / 300 / 400 Physical Damage, and receive a 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 second Stun.
Enemies that move more than 600 units away immediately break the tether.
Staff of the Master makes the ability SuperiorPhysical, ranged, and applies Shackled to the target. Reduces effect delay by 50% if cast on self. Increases radius by 100.

Reduces enemy Armor on attack.
Can be upgraded 2 times.
Genjuro
Use to grant stealth. Holds 2 charges. Attacking out of stealth grants bonus damage and slow.

60 Movement Speed. Can cycle between stat bonuses.
