Target an enemy to launch lightning at them and the closest enemy to them, applying a 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 second Stun and stealing 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 Attack Speed from each for 5 seconds (max of 3 charges for Attack Speed buff).
Emerald Red changes the Attack Speed buff and penalty durations to 10 seconds, and changes the Attack Speed buff/penalty value to 75.
Staff of the Master increases Bounce Count from 1 to 3 (for Emerald Red version of the spell only).
Power Throw
Target a location to hit enemies in a line. Deals an initial 150 / 220 / 290 / 360 Magic Damage, reduced by 10% per enemy hit.
Emerald Red removes damage reduction and gives projectile global range. Each cast is free as long as charges are on the skill (when granted by Emerald Red).

First: Gains unitwalking and 30 / 35 / 40 / 45% Movement Speed for 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 seconds.
Second: Send a Shadow along the path you took from activation, slowing enemies hit by -25 / -30 / -35 / -40% Movement Speed for 3 / 3.5 / 4 / 4.5 seconds.
Third: Teleport to the Shadow's location.
Emerald Red increases the Movement Speed bonus to 45 / 50 / 55 / 60% and grants Aluna 100% Evasion. Enemies that touch Aluna also receive the Movement Speed Slow.
