Passively grants Vindicator 1 Intelligence permanently when he kills a hero, or if an enemy hero dies within 925 radius of Vindicator.
Staff of the Master increases True Damage to {0,33,44,55,66}% of your Intelligence, and increases the True Damage multiplier against Silenced targets to 2x. Also passively grants Vindicator 80 Attack Speed.

Target a position to summon a Totem that lasts for up to 5 seconds or until it receives an attack.
Enemy units within radius of the Totem receive a 50% Movement Speed Slow.
Enemy units within radius of the Totem are also Silenced for 1.3 / 1.7 / 2.1 / 2.5 seconds upon entering the radius.

Activate to Globally apply Final Chapter to all enemy heroes, Silencing them for (0.1 * Charges) seconds (max duration of 3 / 4 / 5 seconds). Enemy heroes also receive a 40% Movement Speed Slow for 1 second.
Final Chapter gains 20 / 25 / 30 charges when coming off cooldown and 1 charge every 4.5 seconds after that. Maximum of 30 / 40 / 50 charges.
