Enemy heroes in your way will have
Horned Strike applied to them. If the target dies early, Stampede will be placed on a 10 second cooldown instead.

Passively grants 4 / 6 / 8 / 10% Movement Speed and gains 4 / 6 / 8 / 10% of Movement Speed in Attack Damage.
