Fervor
Passively gives 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 Cast Speed. Your attacks and abilities apply a charge of Burning! for 3 seconds (can be applied to enemy buildings), dealing 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 Magic Damage per second per charge. Illusions apply a charge every 3 attacks.
On spell cast, grants a stacking 2 / 3 / 4 / 5% Movement Speed and 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 Attack Speed buff for 6 seconds. Max of 3 stacks.
Blazing Strike
Target an enemy unit to deal 450 / 725 / 1000 Magic Damage to it.
Staff of the Master increases the damage dealt to 750 / 1000 / 1250 and deals 50% of the damage to enemies within 600 range.

INTRODUCTION
Pyromancer is a magic damage nuker that transitions into a semi-carry with damage items thanks to Fervor. He is typically played mid lane but also works on a dual lane with a direct stun initiator.
