Heroes of Newerth report-a-player: the results are in; changes coming
Since the start of the year, the Heroes of Newerth (HoN) GM team has worked tirelessly to help create a fun and safe environment for all HoN players. We're pleased to report that their efforts have been very succesful:

Report-a-Player (RAP) Reform
In an effort to improve and refine HoN’s RAP system, the team has implemented two new policies:
1) Rune destruction. In the past, players have not been held accountable for intentionally destroying runes before an ally could get them. This is no longer the case, as maliciously destroying runes to prevent an ally from obtaining them is now a punishable offense.
2) Spamming cancel animations and/or SFXs.Players may now be reported for excessive cancel animation or SFX spamming under the ability/item abuse category. GMs will use discretion when reviewing these cases.
GM positions available
To coincide with their successes, the GM team has elected to expand the team.
Anyone interested checking out the application process, can check out the [Community Positions = How To Apply] thread in the HoN forums for more details.
Please join us in applauding the HoN GM team for their continuous efforts to keep our favorite MOBA clean.
Your hard work is appreciated, guys!
